Think You Have ADHD?

Josh Hines, a writer and couselor who was diagnosed with ADHD in his early life.

You might be wondering if you have ADHD, or you might be certain you have it. You may have been told that you’re stuck with ADHD for life, that it’s genetic, that it’s a neurological disorder, that it’s because you’re neurodivergent and that your only hope for a “normal” life is through expensive meds and even more expensive treatment.

What if I were to say that you’ve been misled about ADHD? What if I were to tell you that you’re not disordered, that you can get control of your life, dump ADHD and live free.

I was diagnosed with ADHD early in life and have lived for years with the chaos and shame of what I was told were the symptoms of a neurological disorder: the rash and destructive decisions, disorganization, shockingly short attention span and constant pursuit of stimulation. I always thought my life was a mess and needed to get it under control. I just didn’t know how.

I set out on an adventure to understand ADHD, and in doing so, everything changed. I stopped saying I have a disorder and turned my weaknesses into my greatest strengths. I use these lessons to help my clients and now they are available for you.

This site has recordings that cover everything you will need to know: discussions with experts, sessions where clients alter their thinking and make huge changes, and offer tips on how to turn symptoms into super powers. They will forever change your thinking about ADHD. If not, you can have your money back.
